Our Services

Our visit will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the property. During this time, we will complete a thorough walk-through assessment, take photos, and gather measurements to prepare an accurate staging quote.

Upon approval and a signed contract, this consultation fee will be fully deducted from the final staging cost for the property.

Our consultations typically take 1-2 hours, depending on the size and condition of your property. During our visit, we provide a comprehensive binder filled with helpful tips, along with a personalized, room-by-room list of recommendations. After completing our assessment, we'll walk through the home together to review all suggestions. A detailed quote for our staging services will be provided within 24

Expert guidance in selecting fresh, updated paint colours or matching existing tones for both interior and exterior spaces. This service includes recommendations for up to two paint colours and takes up to one hour to complete.

Guidance on optimal furniture layout, flow, and room functionality. Includes suggestions for decor enhancements. Consultation typically takes 1-2 hours.

For Occupied Properties - We work with some or all of the homeowner's existing furnishings. Pricing varies based on the size of the property and the additional items required to create a cohesive, elevated look. Typically, this service only requires supplemental decor such as artwork, accessories, decorative items, and pillows.

For the vacant condo/apartment

Typically includes: Kitchen, Living room, Dining Area, 1 Bedroom,  Bathroom. Additional spaces/bedrooms can be added as needed.

• stylist hours

For homes under 2500 sqft

Typically includes: Main floor-1 living room, kitchen, dining room, powder room  Primary Bedroom & Primary ensuite.

Additional spaces/bedrooms can be added as needed.

For homes over 2500 sqft

Typically includes: Main floor-including 2 Living Rooms, Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Dining Room, Office, Primary Bedroom and Primary Ensuite. Additional spaces/bedrooms can be added as needed.
